Change your details

Let us know if you’re changing your address

It’s essential that you keep your address up to date. Updating your address is easy, choose any of the following options.

Call us on 0333 321 9050

We’ll ask you for your telephone security password and ask you for other security information; once we’ve verified your identity we’ll change your address straight away.

Visit us at one of our branches

If you’d prefer to visit us in branch, you’ll need to bring one government issued document and one additional supporting document to confirm your identity.

Write to us

Write to us with details of your change of address, and post this to our main office.

Please don't forget to sign the letter as we can't carry out your request without a signature. We use the signature to verify your identity against signatures we hold for you - if we can't match these, we'll need to contact you. If your partner is also a member you can both sign the letter.

Please note

You may change your address when you are logged into your account in the member area of the website, but at the moment this will NOT update your information in our main records.

If you have an Engage card, please also follow the details about updating your address which came with your card.  You cannot do this through Kent Savers.

Let us know if you'd like to change your registered bank account

We use your registered account for any payments we make to you such as share withdrawals and new loans.

Write to us

Write to us with details of your new registered account, and send us a bank statement, paying in slip or void cheque to confirm that the account is in your name. Post this to our main office.

Email us

Email us with details of your new registered account, and send us a scanned copy of a bank statement, paying in slip or void cheque to confirm that the account is in your name.

Visit us at one of our branches

If you’d prefer to visit us in branch, bring a document verifying your new bank details as above, together with one other form of identity.
